Shipping, Returns, and Payment Policies
SHIPPING
Items are shipped through USPS standard shipping with tracking. Unless otherwise noted, prices include shipping.
All items will be shipped. If you live locally and want a playdate, I'm always up for friendships, but please note that your purchased items will be shipped to your home. Diaper repairs are welcome to be dropped off and picked up locally still. If you need hands-on help with a product, please let me know and we can arrange something if you are local. All local meet-ups will occur at the Glenpool Walmart.
Once the tracking shows the item has been delivered, I am no longer involved in any issues you may encounter with the postal system. If you don't recieve your package, even though it says delivered, you need to contact the postal system and work that out. I ship to the address provided to me by paypal. If your paypal address is incorrect and your package ships to that address, you will need to contact the post office and see what can be done. You can pay a fee and have it redirected to a different location if caught before delivery.
PAYMENT
I prefer payments be made through this website, which uses paypal. If you need to use a credit card, I have not yet set that up and can invoice you for that if you contact me! . Items will not be shipped or sewn until payment is recieved. Please check your paypal balance before paying, as e-checks take much longer to process and will delay the shipping of your items.
I will not accept cash payments any longer. I'm sorry for any innconvenience, but it makes bookeeping more difficult.
RETURNS
All items are non refundable. If you would like to purchase insurance on your item through USPS, let me know. I am not responsible for any post office accidents. I package my items well though to protect them. I do take pictures of every item before mailing and I try my best to deliever a well made item. If you feel yours has an issue, please contact me. In a special case, if you do need to ship something back, you are responsible for return shipping charges. If I decide a return is needed for some reason, like item is defective in some way, then returns need to made within 30 days from the date your item was delivered and all items must be in orginal condition, unwashed. Due to the differences and wide variety in wash routines and household environments, I do not offer warranties on my products.

In buying these products you agree that the seller is not legally responsible for misuse or injury of any kind. Only sturdy materials are used and heavy-duty thread, as well as slingring rings.
